I recently looked for a personal loan online. Loan finder SA offered to assist me and directed me to African Bank. I did not take the loan with African Bank and was at no stage informed of a fee that would need to be paid to Loanfinder SA nonetheless they have debited my account with R350 for absolutely no reason. This needs to be reversed immediately and my account needs to be credited with R350 failing which I will be taking legal action to recover the money.
I regret providing African Bank with my bank account number as they have clearly colluded with LoanfinderSA to commit this act of.
Do not use loanfinderSA if you are looking for a personal loan.
