Nedbank puts my money in their own account - AGAIN

Five months ago Nedbank phoned me to offer me an investment account. "simple" they said, put your money in there and when you need it, request it, and it will be in your cheque account in 2 days. So that is what I did. Then last month I requested to draw money out for the first time. Lo and behold, after 3 days, still no money! The money was gone from my investment account, but had disappeared into thin air... So after I had to chase around trying to find it, eventually they told me it was in their suspense account because "I was not Fica'd! " My questions then were:
How was the account opened, and I deposited for 5 months if I was not FICA'd?
Why is it I can use my Nedbank Cheque, credit, amex, savings and bond accounts without being FICA'd?
Why did they take the money out of my investment account and not call me, but rather just hold my money in their account while I chase around trying to find it?
They could not answer any of these questions.
So I sent through the required documents, they did the FICA, and eventually my money went into the correct account. End of story I thought.
Now a month later, I have requested funds from my investment and - POOF! - money gone again!
