I started the phone call in a very negative way when I wanted to find out why my monthly insurance instalment went up, but was pleasantly surprised by the response I received from Brent Kowlessar at Virgin Money Insurance.
He did not only deal with my negative demeanor, but assisted me in getting more insurance cover and pay less than my initial instalment.
Currently South Africa can not report good after sales service, but I was proven wrong - I want to say thank you for excellent after sales service and hope that all customers of Virgin Money Insurance receive the same quality service.
