Its been four months since I made an offer to purchase on this property. I received namford's invoice on the 19 of November and paid all monies including deposit on 12/12/12. Since then I really do not know if they were really working on my file, whenever I call for the past two months Jacque would tell me she is still waiting for rates from municaplity (only to find out they requested the wrong unit no and didnt bother to approach body corporate for levies clearance). Last week Jacque told me finally she has received the rates and was waiting for feedback from fnb, I called today and found out that she has left the company and about waiting for feedback from fnb. I am sitting here now 9 months pregnant and homeless when I shouldnt be. The seller can see I am in a desperate situation and has requested redicilous amounts for early occupation, whose fault is it really? This should have been concluded end January or early February. It now seems its going to take another month before conclusion! (which means 5 months since offer to purchase signed). I am really disappointed with Namford as a company.
