Yesterday I saw that there were debit orders taken off my capitec bank account of up to R1097.I don't know what the debit orders were for since I never gave permission for those money to be taken. I called capitec about reversing the debits and they refused. I'm not impressed with them since I trusted th bank with my money, yet debit orders go off without my authorisation. I want them to reverse the debit orders so I can get my money back. I'm really not happy with capitec, since they're not as sufficient as they claim to be and they just proved to me that they don't care about they're clients.
