INSURANCE CLAIM GONE BAD DUE TO INCOMPETENCE

My geyser burst almost 3 weeks ago and I lodged a claim with Standard Bank. 4 Contractors where appointed. The geyser was replaced the same day (thanks). The carpet where left to rot for 4 days and the result was that the parquet floors popped out and came loose. Standard Bank then appointed a contractor who doesn't do parquet floors. I was then told by Tebogo that they don't have parquet contractors, when I supplied him with 4 names of contractors on their panel he appointed a 5th one who could not do the work. The assessor was send and he appointed one of the 4 I supplied. I contacted them every day and Tebogo, Temba, Arish, Sigonele, Mahir and Jitendra (supervisor) just made promises to call back every time which never happened. Standard Bank lost 4 quotes in 3 consecutive days from the contractor and Jitendra asked me to get the quote from the contractor. On asking to speak to a manager I was told that the boss Denise Shaw and all the managers are not available for the week. Meantime my furniture is standing all-over the house for the last 3weeks and I have to live in-between. Waiting for the last 2 days for Jitendra to give feedback. How they lose 4 emails I don't know
