I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Chantal on her outstanding service. Last year i took out a loan with Capitec and Chantal assisted me, last week again i requested another loan and i got Nthabiseng Moorosi to my assistance BUT she went awol without completing my application, i got furious and went online again then i came in contact with Chantal again, Halleluyah my day was saved, She then helped me in no time. I didnt have access to my emails yesterday to communicate with her but she made means to contact me and close the application. She is really an asset at Capitec, dont loose her please. She is the reason why Capitec bank is on top of the list for its great customer service.
