To Whom It May Concern:
I have been trying for days now to log onto my ABSA internet banking, without any success. Everytime I log in, the system automatically logs me out. Yesterday I reported the matter to an ABSA call-centre employee, who informed that it is a fault on ABSA's side. He advised that I try logging on through a different web-browser. This also did not work. He also was unable to give a timeline as to when it will be fixed.
It's month end, I have payments to do and don't have time to go into a branch!!!
