I'm really not happy with Nedbank, above all the bank charges you charge on my cheques account. You still go and debit my loan repayment on my other account with another bank on the wrong date, who gave you permission to do so? Now I have to pay another R150 to my bank for unsuccessful collection?
Why did you debit my account on the 22nd when I only get paid on the 25th and the 25th was on a Monday not weekend? When I gave you guys my banking details I said debit on the 25th, and if the 25th falls on a weekend, I get paid on a Friday..
Isn't this a breach of something?
