Its been more than ten days since i made my payment to them but i still get calls weekly to advice me to send my proof of payment I do it but no one gets back to me, always a new person caliing me asking for the payment, what i Would like to knw what happened to the payment i did? I mean i faxed and emailed the proof? This is unacceptable, as for the call center i never get through the call keeps going in circles, never to the right person with a cookn clue what to do
