FNB are NOT as "easy" as they claim to be

I took a day off of work to apply for a Credit Card at FNB. Arrived with all my documents except my payslip. The lady did the application and I was out after about 20min. she advised that I could send my payslip via email the next day and that the process will take about 2 days before someone calls me. The same lady then emails me to say that i need to go have another copy of my ID taken at any FNB branch. I asked why I had to take another copy of my ID if I already did and she advised that the previous copy that she made was not clear enough and that it had to be on the system and in colour. I asked if i could send a colour copy of my ID and she insisted that it was done at the branch. Fair enough I took more time from my working day to make this copy of my ID. Days later they called saying that I need to submit all my documents again which were bank statements and payslip. She advised that I could extract bank statments from my online banking and sent it. Shocked and furious I submitted it again. She comes back to me a week later telling me that my application has been automatically deleted because they took too long and that I will have to apply all over again! PATHETIC!
