To whom it may concern,
I had a look in my bank account as see that Loan Finder took R350 off my Nedbank account without permission. I didn't even take a loan out from them, my cell phone was in January with all my information on it. No one even contacted me to confirm that I'm Elaine Else and if I apply for the Loan, they just took R350 from my account. I'm on the phone right now trying to get hold of the manager which I have been holding on for 20mins now. I was calling number 6 and now caller number 1, I'm still waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I want this to be reverse now as I cannot afford to loose R350, I'm a single mom with 3 children, that is my bread and butter money. Please REPLY URGENTLY AS THIS IS URGENT.
