I applied for a loan in February. The agreement is for the debit order to be deducted on the 25th, CAPITEC deducted my account on the 22ND, OBVIOUSLY there not enough funds which resulted me incurring extra bank charges which has resulted me not having enough money to cover my basic expenses. THIS WILL FORCE ME TO ACTIVATE CAPITEC'S MULTILOAN WHICH WILL LEAVE ME IN MORE DEBT WHICH IS WHAT I DO NOT WANT TO DO!!! LAWFULLY ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT I KNOW THAT I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED BECAUSE THE MISTAKE IS ON CAPITEC'S SIDE. I GUESS CAPITEC NEED TO DEAL WITH THE LAW FIRST BEFORE THEY DO THINGS RIGHT!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CAPITEC BANK TO ANYONE!!!
