No bank statements for 12 months

I received a standard response email from Sean de Necker, Executive Service Support, in August last year in response to my compliant about not receiving bank statements for 6 months. He assured me that the branch manger would contact me and the problem will be resolved. Nothing has been resolved.
A company that responds means absolutely nothing if they do nothnig to sort the problem out.
