I was involved in a car accident with Johan Marais (a client with Galileo Risk) on 19-11-12. Since the accident Galeliotold me that it is my responsibility to make neccesary claim with the insurance to claim for 3rd party. i sent all doc's to Ziaby on the 22-01-13. Zaiby sent the claim no:77456807 from Mutual&Federal. On the 29-01-13 Siphiwe Dlala (M&F claim consultant) adviced that they are still waiting for the claim froms from Galelio risk. every week tried to follow up with M&F with no luck, All this time Galelio didnt make any follow ups with M&F to check on status of claim. Finaly manged to get hold of M&F on the 22-02-13, Shiphiwe said still havent received the claim forms from Galileo. Siphiwe called Bianca (2nd person from Galelio risk) through conference call between the 3 of us to determine the hold up from Galelio, I kept quite through the conversation between Siphiwe& Bianca and from no where Bianca started swearing at me and told me I should shut up and should not bother her client and i should leave them alone. and i dont understand why she was swearing at me. Bianca & Galelio failed to comply with FAIS. i want my claim to paid ASAP & Bianca disciplined according
