I would like to congratulate Outsurance on these two ladies, I had my accident on the 20th of December, Tsholo was so efficient she phoned me at the accident scene to offer assistance thanx to Tsholo and the breakdown service that Outsurance used this part of the accident went off smoothly without any problems, the vehicle was taken to their Assessor and on the 21 st I had a report and was informed that my vehicle will be delivered to Danmar Longmeadow.(oh dear) Up to now the service receive from Outsurance was Sparkling. Than Danmar dropped the ball and to date I still do not have my vehicle back. This is where Lerato stepped up, she arranged for my wife to become mobile again as she needs a vehicle to do her work with, no thanx to Danmar. Leratho has tried her best to get some date from Danmar on when We will get our vehicle, but due to the amount of from Danmar poor Lerato can only apologise for the poor service delivered by Outsurance selected panelbeater. I would like to thank the two ladies for the most exellent service received from them they did a sterling job. I would also like to suggest that Outsurance not use Danmar to do the repair work on any vehicles
