Id sent to SAFPS and not been cleared

Good day

Visited my bank absa on friday as no debit orders were taken place on my account. Once i was there i had been advised that my account number was flagged by nedbanks department, user Merice Visagie. My branch absa in market street (johannesburg) called nedbank as got hold of Merice Visagie who had flagged me. On her brief description. She had stated that documents were submitted. I would have had no knowledge about this and thankfully absa had been good help as i have always done my transactions accordingly with them and they cleared the flag as per they procedure. My id number was sent through to safps
that deal with ID . I had to contact them, only to find that the description for the id number to be submitted was there same reason that Merice had submitted. I understand that someone was trying to commit and accepted the inconvenience as absa had apologised and made me understand that such does happen. Currently I need my ID number to be cleared from safps data base and there only person who can do that is the person who placed me there. Its causing an inconvenience to me as its now making me reflect badly on the credit bereua. Please assist
