I took out a policy with auto and general a few months ago and since then have had many queries and questions, Tannon notified at the time I took out the policy that he would not be able to assist me any further but should I have any queries he would direct me to the correct people and has done so on more than 1 occassion, always with a friendly voice and never with the intent to just pass me over but to actually listen to what I need done and explaining to the next person.
Thank you Tannon for always being friendly and helpfull and making my experience with auto and general that much more pleasurable
