On the 04 Feb 2013, I transferred funds to a my PayPal Account. These funds were held and never relased by FNB.. In the past weeks I have been trying to get FNB to release the Funds without success. Three weeks ago I walked into ClearWater Branch and Ileft with promise that the funds will be returned. Two weeks ago I went to the FNB Branch in Kruger's Square (Pretoria), I was promised they will be returned. Last week I lodged a query online (QP1327509), and another queries (QP1330689) and again I was promised a response. Todate I have not heard from FNB. How long does it take to act on funds either forward them to the PayPal Account OR return them back to my Account?
