I drew money from the ATM at the laudium branch and one of the notes was torn. My mother went to the bank to return it andd they gave her incorrect information, but when i called they told me they never said they need my card to return the note just my banking details. If they have such strict rules on torn notes how did a torn note end up in the ATM in the first place and now we are inconvenienced to return the note!!! This is not the first tiem i have received service from FNB and now i ma seriously thinking of changing my bank...
