Activation of cards

Linking of banking accounts was linked to my Standard bank account, it took Standard Bank 4 months to pay my monies back into account. I'm currently living in the UAE, Abu Dhabi and will not be back to South Africa in the next 2 years. Due to a Johannesburg Branch bad administration i had to reapply for new bank cards, a relative had picked up my new cards and she was told they cannot activate my cards but i must call the international call centre to activate my IVR and my pin. I have finally received my cards and wanted/need to activate my accounts for Internet banking etc i am now told Standard Bank cannot help me... THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!! I'm HIGHLY IRRITATED due to consultants, bank managers, administrators of standard bank that does not speak the same languages and I'm still sitting now with no "money" or access to my Internet banking accounts. It is upsetting because the cause of receiving these new cards was due to Standard Bank linking my account but now no one can assist me.
