BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I paid my account on the agreed date but Wonga kindly did not bother to have this reflected with the various credit bureaus, especially that my account was paid in full and THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. Now I have been requested by Keanan, the Wonga call centre agent to request a credit report from COMPUSCAN and send it to them so that they (Wonga), can in turn request from the credit bureaus to update my records accordingly. What totally pees me off is that all this will now take up to 30 WORKING days to finalise while I have a business transaction that depends on this to be settled within the next 48 hours or I stand to lose quite a bit of money.

Never again Wonga!!!
