I submitted a claim on 18 Feb 2013 and was promised feedback within 3 days I'm still waiting I did send an email last week still no response I phoned yesterday 25 Feb 2013 and was told by a lady that Justin will call me before end of day with all relevant detail and feedback it's now 26 Feb 2013 and I'm still waiting for just some sort of feedback as to what is happening with the claim It seems that King Price is full of empty promises like I mentioned in a previous complaint what am I paying King Price for!!!???
