Claim number 94075393. Notwithstanding, the other issues, I am unsatisfied with Outsurance service and the service of the appointed Outsurance plumber (Big 6 plumbers). My geyser burst on the 12th of February and a new geyser was installed. This morning (24th February) the geyser started to leak again. I spoke to various people at Outsurance to get the plumber out with no response from the plumbing company, I had to call the them myself for them to send someone out. Big 6 plumbers came out and said it was a nut that had to be tightened and the problem was fixed. I was at work at the time and thought that it seemed a bit far fetched based on the amount of water that was leaking. I got home in the afternoon only to find the geyser still leaking. I tried calling Outsurance and left messages for the adviser and manager to get back to me but no one responded. I called Big 6 plumbers and they said someone would contact me but no one did. Big 6 plumbers said that the drip tray would ensure that the water flowed out but the tray is installed such that the water flows back into the ceiling and not the outlet. Hence, we had to go another day with out hot water and much inconvenience.
