In April last year I went to see a doctor. Dr. Piet Steyn who referred me to one blood testing laboratory. When got the invoice for this laboratory i was of the impression that all the cost were included. So when i got the sms from Dr. Piet Steyn i ignored the sms thinking its a mistake till the day i received the sms saying this matter will be taken to the Debt Collectors. I phoned the Dr. Steyn Office, making arrangement to pay the same day and sent the proof of payment the same day. But for the reason i dont know this end up with Vericred. I received the request for immediate payment and the proof of such payment. Which i did. This happened in July last year, but u cannt believe from that time till now i am receiving very rude calls from JHE Collis requesting that i should sent proof of payment and this is followed by threatening SMS that the matter will be taken to court. In December last year i sent the document again and followed up with a call to confirm. Everything was confirmed and i was told that i have now bn cleared. January i got the usual rude call from Collis. This guy is very rude. I have tried to involve his Manager Mr. Mokgethi, but even this month Collis called
