Good day,

This is now the 4th time I am phoning going into the bank and to reset my internet logins. This is without all the phone calls made to the call centre.
This is getting ridiculous. How many times do I need to waste time go into the bank and ask them to oensure this time this is working.
I have gone to the bank Saturday once more.
I have a transaction account so pay for every transaction. Can this be fixed now so I will be able to use my internet banking.
