More or less September/October 2012 agents of Legalwise Benoni came to my workplace to promote Legalwise and in the process get more clients. A couple of my colleagues as well as myself filled in only the name and surname part as well as the postal address part, as according to Solly, Legalwise will mail us the information brochure and thereafter we can decide if we wanted to join. A couple of weeks later I received a welcome letter as I am now part of Legalwise. This is not what Solly said would happen. I immediately phoned Legalwise Benoni and spoke to the guy in charge. He apologised and said that it would be rectified. Solly made appointments to come see me and only pitched after the 3rd appointment. I filled in all the documents to cancel Legalwise, although I did not join. I even received an sms from them confirming that everything is cancelled. At work we only receive our salary advices about 3 months after we received our salary. Now I see Legalwise deducted membership from my salary. Who gave them authorization? How did they managed to successfully deduct money from my salary without my permission?? Is this not?? Everybody, be careful of this company.
