Cellphone banking open the no 0837322171

I open my account and dont use it so much. 2 weeks ago, on the 13 Feb, I ask my son to withdraw R500 for me. He came home told me there are only R300 in my account. I investigate and found that someone withdraw top up on MTN cellphone 0837322171. I went to the bank and report it. The lady told me that they are offline and I must call her on Monday. Monday I sit in a call que, and finally spoke to a lady, who will transfer me to someone else but put me back in the que. I went to the bank and spoke to a lady who call the unit again, they said I have open the account with that number, I went and make an affidavid and find my banking paper I got back with the opening and went to see the branch manager, he look at everything and put my phone number on. He promise me it will be sorted out in 3 working days, I call on Thursday and Friday, nobody come back to me and no money is been paid back. How can I trust a bank who let people open cell banking on someone else bank acount.? Then they make promises and don't deliver. I will not wait for my money and the banking charges, I want it back a.s.a.p. the branch manager promise in 3 days.
