Goodday, I have spoken to Riley regarding the R399 debited off my account.
I applied for a loan, but she wanted certified documents, which was impossible to do for me, with
the hours i worked, therefore i DID NOT PROCEED WITH ANY APPLICATION, yet at the end of the month
this R399 was debited off my account!!! i have numerous emails which i sent to her to please give this money back as i did not go ahead with anything.
she informed me that i had to cancel the application!!! my goodness!!! i mean, i DID NOT PROCEED WITH ANYTHING!!! BUT ITS OK FOR THEM TO JUST TAKE MY LAST MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!

i was informed i am liable which i feel is!!! its from me!!! she informed me that i should fax through the bankstatement which reflects this amount. i have done so twice already, i have emailed and tried to phone with no success.!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! how do i go about this? must i fight for which is rightfully mine??? my money??? please help!!! i am at my wits end!!!
