SLOWEST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

A UCI delivery vehicle drove into the back of me on the freeway. Completely their fault and not contested by UCI, they agreed to pay for the damages, through their insurance company Lion of Africa.
It has been 5 months and I am still waiting for Lion of Africa to finalise and pay the claim. Zodwa seems to be completely useless and incompetant. She sent an email 4 weeks ago telling me that she was waiting for UTI to make the excess payment. I followed up with UTI and got the proof of payment from UTI and forwarded it to Zodwa. A week later I phone her trying to find out the progress, she informed she that she was still waiting for payment (which she had been sent), I sent the proof again, only to be told by her that she hadnt checked her email for 3 days???
I then recieved the settlement letter and signed the copy and got the bank to verify the bank details and forwarded to Zoadwa. After 4 days I phoned to confirm that she had recieved the documents and to confirm payment. On Monday she told me that the payment would be made on Thursday.
I still havent recieved payment and she avoids my calls and hasnt resolved the matter.
