I have a loan with CAPFIN. Debit order date according to my contract is 25/26th of the month, i.e..salary date. To my dismay, the debit order went off on the 22nd Feb. I phoned the call centre to query and I just got a mere 'sorry, I don't know what happened' I am now faced with unnecessary bank charges and returned debit orders because they decided to debit when they were not supposed to. You leave messages at the call centre and nobody calls you back. I am so sorry I ever took out a loan with CAPFIN. Incompetent and unreliable does not begin to describe the service. So annoying...
