I applied June 2012 for a loan at Capfin. Capfin personnel was very friendly and helpful. They remind you that the conversation/contract is recorded. BUT NO! NOT THE TRUTH! From the very fist debitorder deduction I experienced problems! Capfin submit the debitorder on dates they want to - for example on the 15th, or 20th or, 25th of a month. THUS NOT ON THE AGREED DATE AS AGREED TO IN THE CONTRACT. This result give me not only A BAD CREDIT RECORD AND BAD BANK RECORD - ALSO A LOT OF INTEREST/BANK FEES that I had to pay. My account has been payed up on the 31st of Jan. 2013. BUT on the 21st of Feb. 2013 a lady from Capfin phone me and said I owe them R80. I told her that I will not pay this - they owe me money due to the above situation. On the 22nd Feb.2013 Capfin tried to get R129 from my account??? PLEASE HELP!!! And I want to warn other people to beware of this situation at Capfin. This is totaly un-exceptional according to the NCR law! But after several pleas and phone calls and e-mails they just kept on deduction the they installment on dates they want to!!!
