I received a quote from another insurer which lowered my premium by about R300 and when I phoned Mi Way to cancel my policy I was put through to Emanuel who lowered my premium for the exact same amount which also gave me a peace of mind from changing policies between companies and starting the whole process again. My expectations were also exceeded because I had just had a recent claim with Mi Way and my premiums had just increased so getting a lower premium from them was the last thing on my mind.
