1) I registered for internet banking but they dont tell you all the information you need in order to transfer money through this service when you go to the branch, so I constantly need to go to the bank atleast once per week.
2) I was told my eplan card can only withdraw a maximum of R2k per day so I need to apply for a Prestige account so I can withdraw more, after getting the prestige account card (waited 2 weeks for it) I find that my titanium cheque card has a R1000 limit on it for ATM withdrawals, of which the point of my opening this account was so I can withdraw more money, What is the sense in having a prestige account that only withdraws R1k? Its ridiculous.
Then I call the call center and the agent puts me on a voice prompt thingy where Im suppose to punch in my details so I can increase the withdrawal limit on my prestige account, and the prompt is even more ridiculous than this bank. I was on the phone with 2 different agents and the prompt said Im not registered, when Ive been registered with internet banking for years. At the end my withdrawal limit is still not increased.
