When I logged into my profile on on line banking what shall I find, a personal loan linked to my profile all of a sudden! The loan I had with them had been settled years ago.

When I phoned their call centre (0875759404) I was transferred 4 times without being helped or given a response. I need to know why a loan all of a sudden appeared on my profile when I did not apply for one? If this is the old one that had been settled years ago that is making a comeback this need to be removed immediately!

I tried phoning their legal department on instructions of the last call centre assistant without any success their phones just keeps ringing. Still do not know why I need to speak to them, because the old loan was settled in full.
