My account was debited by another bank on wrong date, when i called FNB i was told that is not their problem i need to call the bank that debited my account. WellI I then asked them how does it work, can anybody debit my account FNB will not bother to check if debit is legit or date is correct. Well I think that I have found a loop hole for any bank that can debit my account with or without my permission on MY BANK FNB do not care if debit is legit or on wrong date that IS NOT OUR PROBLEM AS PER THEIR CALL CENTRE.and LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID "IT NOT OUR PROBLEM WE DO NOT CARE"
well I an in the proses to change banks again because i need to have a bank that will protect my money and at least give a better feed back on problems.
