I'm deeply unsatisfied with them. On the 14th of January I had an accident with my car, a friend was with me and there was no injuries. The insurance is on my name but my father is the regular driver. The accident was reported the next day and the assessor first contacted me on the 18th (a Friday) at around 17:30 to ask me questions but it felt like he was interrogating me. He asked me where I was before and after the accident and wanted the cellphone numbers of everyone that I visited before the accident, even my friend's dad number that was with me in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The assessor even tried to phone a friend of mine at 20:30 on a Friday night. He also asked our neighbors questions.
My problem now is that they denied my claim. Their founding show that the regular driver was not the regular driver. This is not correct, it's an assumption that the assessor made.
