I called the call centre this morning and was transferred from pillar to post, eventually I got through to Jonathan Pandeka, who made an effort to assist me with my query. He took my numbers and called me back the same time. He forwarded my query to the relevant department and made sure that I am also included in the comminuque. Within 30 minutes was query was resolved and he notified me immediately. I really want to take this opportunity to thank him and encourage him to keep up the good work.
