I recieved an email from Nedbank advising me to cantact their legal department. I complied and was assigned to Sonto Manana in Homeloan Legal department. I explained that I had recieved the email advising me to contact the legal department and thus the reason for my call.
She asked for my bond account number which I did not have but advised that I can supply my ID number and other details. Sonto Manana, advised me that if I don't have an account number I should call when I do have an account number as she refused to assist me without the bond account number.
I then asked to speak to her superior and she said he is not available and there is no-one that she can refer me too. The result is I as the bond holder am left with the uncertainty of what the issue is with my account an NO PERSON at Nedbank homeloan can assist. Welcome to the competency of South Africa.
