Outsurance refuses to address third party claim

An Outsurance client reversed into the side of my new car. The client admitted to guilt at the time but after I submitted my claim to Outsurance the client said that she will not be claiming from Outsurance and that my car only has a dent on it. I have already taken my car to my insurance and they have assessed the damages to about R14000, which I dont think a dent costs to fix.

I phoned Outsurance and they said my claim is rejected based on the information their client has supplied them with. They didnt even have the decency to ask me to bring in my vehicle to be assessed by Outsurance.

When I spoke to Amos on the 21/02/2013 he said that they have a contract with the client and cannot be bothered about third party claims. I confirmed with him and he agreed telephonically that Outsurance clients can cause damage to other peoples cars and to Outsurance about their involvement. Outsurance will accept this as the truth without investigating further. CALL WAS RECORDED 12:59:57

All I want is for Outsurance to assess the damage on my vehIcle and compare to my insurance assessment to decide who lying.
