HE IS SUCH A PLEASURE

I have been assigned Steyn as my banker since November 2012. I interact with him about 4 times a months and I am delighted to say every single interaction is such a pleasure. It leaves such a warm and fuzzy feeling. I have never met him in person, but the efficiency is superb. He gives feedback sooner than expected, and will follow up even when my query is resolved, goes the extra mile every single time. He just creates this special client experience. I feel like I am his only client. He gives the best service I have ever received.

Please ensure he is looked after, he handles his job like his own business and this is very rare. He has a great attitude. I hope he never leaves, and the day I become eligible for private banking, I will choose to stay his client. Our generation wants things done yesterday without visiting a branch, and he gives me exactly that. he can think on his feet, finds creative solutions with minimal inconvenience for the client.
