TO DATE OUTSURANCE HAS MUCKED US AROUND.I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH THE PATHETIC HANDLING OF CLIENTS. WE HAVE BEEN PUSHED AROUND AND TREATED LIKE COMMON CRIMINALS. OUTSURANCE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CLIENT. WE WERE HANDED TO SAIS WHO WE WERE TOLD WILL BE HANDLING THE CLAIM. LUCILLE FROM SIAS ASKED US TO CONTACT HER AS SHE WILL BE DEALING WITH THE CLAIM NOW WHEN WE ASK FOR HELP SHE IS ON LEAVE AND TELLS US TO CALL OUTSURANCE . WHY IS OUTSURANCE NOT SORTING THE MATTER OUT
WE PAY OUR PREMIUMS WITH THE FALSE HOPE THAT WE ARE INSURED. OUR HOUSE WASE BURGLED 4 WEEKS AGO TODATE OUR ALAM IS NOT FIXED. THE SEND A GUY CALLED SANTHRA FROM HOME SECURITY WHO TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ATTEND TO US AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY PARENTS. THEY HAVE NOT PAID OUT FOR THE GOODS. UPON . THEY ARE A RIP OFF .
THEY DO NOT BEND OVER LIKE THEY SAY, JUST GIVE U THE RUN AROUND
THEY ARE TOTALLY UNHELPFUL AND SYMPATHETIC . THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
WE PAY ON TIME SO WE EXPECT SERVICE . THIS TREATMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE . WHY THE SHOULD WE RUN ARROUNG AND BEG FOR SERVICE WHEN WE PAY YOU FOR IT
TREATING CLIENTS LIKE TRASH WHEN THEY CLAIM THIS WILL BE EXPOSED MEDIA
