I was one of the first Capitec clients back when it was still word of mouth. Read a report on hello peter acvtually that motivated me to leave the big 4 once and for all after yet another mess up on my account that was not resolved, not to mention the exhorbatant fees I was being charged at the time for their "priceless services". 5 years later I still get a reply directly from the client care centre within 24 hours but more like 3 or so hours. This time the person responsible was Nazeemah who quickly responded to my email query last night. Capitec you are amazing, thank you for your service (and low fees) over the years. It's a priviledge to be a client.
