I am so disappointed with FNB there are actually no words to describe it!! They advertise that switching banks is as simple as 1, 2, 3 - well that is complete nonsense!!
I went to my nearest FNB branch to switch over to my husband's account, where I was told FNB would arrange that all my debit orders be transferred... well they did not and needless to say all my debit orders bounced!! What an inconvenience for me and how I have battled to sort this all out.
FNB please practice what you preach and stop with all the rubbish advertisements - you do not fulfill your promises!!!
