FNB has no intrest in people anymore

I have been Banking with FNB for almost 10 Years. All I want to do at this stage is close my account. I recently moved to the USA. Gave them my contact details and left for the USA.

I emailed FNB using details their employees gave me did not work. Eventually I got hold of someone and then they just stopped replying to me.

They never contacted me after that, they charged me R500 for head hunter agency to locate me using the same contact info I gave them.

They closed one of my account with no notice or explination.

After submitting a query regarding my account status, reminding them that I was in the USA I got no feed back.

There is no place to close an account on the website and they don't respond if you email them.

All I want is for them to close my account and now the want to charge me R216 for a card payment on a credit card that is paid off. but I have no way to get my account closed and they ignore the email system they setup on their own website.

Please CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
