Hereby I would like to warn potensial clients to stay AWAY from King price. I have decided a few months ago to join them based on their 'good pricing'. After two months I wanted to updated some details with them just to be informed that i never had cover due to the fact that my devit orders were never taken, reason? They did not have my branch code! absurd, it is a generic branch code! Two days ago when i wanted to log a claim for a windscreen, AGAIN i were informed my debit order did not go through for Jan 2013, therefore my policy is cancelled, AFTER i phoned them three weeks ago to update my new details! Furthermore I were informed that my policy were cancelled due to an incident with Outsurance I had! I cancelled my policy with them two years ago due to the fact that I claimed for a camera which were repaired by a professional two years later (same camera two two different incidents). No faul play were involved! This after King Price did pay out another claim of mine (phone) four months ago - why did you have NO problem then with my claim? The windscreen damage were during ACTIVE (December 2012) policy status! I did not hide ANYTHING from you!
