Professional and Excellent Service

To whom it may concern,

Several weeks ago I placed an order through FNB's Online Banking to take advantage of their Smart Phone offer. After the application process was complete, I was notified that FNB or their courier service would contact me within 24-48 hours.

After the third day had passed with no notification, I contacted FNB and was told that the application was successful and my order would be processed and handed over their courier service who would call me to confirm delivery information.

After a week of waiting patiently with no contact from anyone, I sent an e-mail and got in touch with Gladys Maeso at the FNB Core Banking Solutions helpdesk. Her professionalism, etiquette and telephone manner were exactly what I've come to expect of FNB's service: excellent. Her desire to assist in my problem was immediately noticeable and she kept me up to date via e-mail as she handled my issue and by 10am the next day the courier company called to confirm delivery.

This note is written to express my admiration, once again, for FNB's admirable customer support as well as a special thank you to Gladys for all her help. :)
