Poor service received third party claim: 121220328

On the 3rd of December 2012 I was involved in a accident with one of M&F's clients. I submitted all documentation to M&F on the 24th of December 2012 as was informed that the lady Alexia from M&F working with it was on leave until the 7th of January 2013. Upon her return from leave I contacted her and submitted all documentation needed together with witness statement. On the 30th of January 2013 the final documents needed was submitted. Alexia informed me on the 6th that the documents was submitted to their assessor and that I would be informed of the outcome on the 13th of february 2013. I phoned her on the 13th again and she informed me that they are still busy with it and that I would get an answer by Friday the 15th of February 2013. I phoned several times on the 15th but to no avail. I left numerous messages for her to calll back and nerver heard anything from her. I have contacted her on numerious occassions and she never phoned back. I got hold of her on the 19th of February. he informed me that the assessors are still busy looking at the prices of the parts etc. Can someone inform me how long this process will still take as I have been without a vehicle for 2 months now
