Insist on Alarm Installation then cancesl cove

I am absolutely disgusted with Miway. I have been a totally loyal customer for nearly 4 years, and it has been over a year and a half since the previous claim. We had a break-in on 7 Dec, and firstly, it has taken Miway over 2 months to finalise the claim. I only received my replacement laptop last week Wednesday. This sort of service is horrendously slow. Then Miway informs me that I need to have an Radio-linked Alarm installed to ensure continued cover. I promptly had the alarm system installed, at a cost of R4500, and then I receive a call saying that Miway has cancelled my cover because of too many claims.

Surely, you can count the number of claims I have had and tell me this before I went to the expense of installing an alarm system? I find this totally unacceptable. Firstly, I'm unable to work for two months because it took Miway so long to sort out a VERY SIMPLE claim, and then I spend more than my entire month's salary to have an alarm system installed, only to have them cancel cover a few days later. What the MIWAY? I sincerely regret every recommendation I have made to people to use your services and I will be certain to tell them not to waste their money in future
