Wrong-ly accused - on credit card/No longer client

I have been receiving emails from Groenewald Lubbe about a Silver credit card account, the first email was March 2010 which I replied and told them I think they have made a mistake as I have never had a Silver credit card by FNB, the next email came the 9/02/2011 which I ignored - then the 19/05/2012 which I asked them to send me proof in a statement and Id. no, which I got no response - 18/06/2012 Links Carol emailed me and I replied she must please phone me, which she did she asked me for my Id. no and I said no she must read me the number on the account, which she did, it was not my Id. no, I asked her to send me statements and Id number on the account so I can proof it was not my account, still no response. To my surprice I received a email to day 19/02/2013 stating that if I do not phone them and make arragments to pay off they will be forced to send the Sheriff of the court. I am now really tired of this situation as I have be nothing but compling to this matter which is not even my account, and which no proof has been sent to me that this is my account, I want this rectified now, as this is not my account. Have never had a credit card at FNB. Closed my cheque account.
